A place where the youth come for educational services, mentoring and they are given an opportunity to grow and realize their inner strengths. Also to develop them into the leaders that they were born to be and understand what it is to become someone that can change their own lives and also influence their peers. Each will see that the real reward is not acquiring the knowledge and applying it but being able to give back. This is our story!

Jamie Foxx in "Django"
What's going on everyone I hope everyone has been blessed, safe and productive this holiday weekend!. I have news for you guys as we are rolling into this new year. It is the movie Django starring Jamie Foxx and Samuel Jackson. I myself enjoyed the film very much. There is much controversy surrounding this film for many reason. In the film the role Foxx portrays is that of a former slave turned bounty hunter, killing slave owners as well as the using the word "Nigger".
A film directed by Quentin Tarantino will have much to our expectations, you know the kind of action and suspenseful story lines we have encountered with many of his earlier films. Django touches base on slavery and racism that hasn't been shown or talked about in some time, so it may be the very reason this film is getting the buzz. I was entertained and inspired by the film so I will recommend friends and family to go watch for themselves.
