A place where the youth come for educational services, mentoring and they are given an opportunity to grow and realize their inner strengths. Also to develop them into the leaders that they were born to be and understand what it is to become someone that can change their own lives and also influence their peers. Each will see that the real reward is not acquiring the knowledge and applying it but being able to give back. This is our story!

POWER in UNITY.
Richard Watson and Dayvon Pinkney. Two young leaders in the Archers mentoring program in Harlem. These guys have there minds focused on there careers in clothes marketing. These two show our youth that not only can you be business minded but you also don't have to do it alone. Unity, that may be the biggest thing we need the youth in our communities to understand along with education and respect for ourselves. With much hard work these young men with not only be successful but also inspire and influence change.
